  • Selistart- this is the first regional youth forum. Is analogous Seliger, butonly at the district level. Forum held in the Tula region, and in factrepresents a large tent city, with its administration, training andentertainment zones. Participants - are young people aged 18 to 25years. Forum teaches and gives participants the "start" for furtheraction.
