Selistart - this is the first regional youth forum. Is analogous Seliger, but only at the district level. Forum held in the Tula region, and in fact represents a large tent city, with its administration, training and entertainment zones. Participants - are young people aged 18 to 25 years. Forum teaches and gives participants the "start" for further action.
